Phoenix Bail Bonds is the leader in posting cash bail bonds at the Maricopa County Jail. We can post any cash bond, even bonds that will be forfeited for Failure to Pay Fines, or Child Support obligations. As long as you can charge the entire amount on a credit card or provide the full amount of bail by cash or bank deposit, we can post it!
The court can assign a cash bond for any case that it feels warrants the security of cash. A cash bond provides a severe obstacle for family or friends wishing to use the services of a bondsman. Phoenix bail bond companies generally do not post cash bonds, they post Surety Bonds. Surety Bonds are backed by a paper promise to pay the court the full amount of bail in cash if the defendant fails to appear for his hearing or fails to comply with the court’s conditions of release. However, court-ordered cash bonds must be posted in cash before the defendant can be released from jail.
We require collateral security for all cash bail bonds that are not paid in full by our client. Our cash bond rates are dependent upon the quality of the collateral provided and its wholesale value. Other factors that govern rates are based upon the risk associated with the defendant. Fees generally charged range from 30% to 50% of the bond amount, where a 50% fee may be charged for a low to poor collateralized bond.
Payment for cash bail bonds may be made via credit card, wired funds, Zelle, direct bank deposit, or cash-in-hand.
